THE INSPIRATION

With MON PARIS EAU DE TOILETTE LUMIÈRE, Yves Saint Laurent’s vertigo of love takes a new luminous turn. Remaining just as long-lasting, incarnating the dazzling light of love. The lavallière, the pleated bow dressing the bottle, takes on a new sophistication. Inspired by Saint Laurent’s transparent pleated blouses, a shiny nude-colored satin ribbon sparkles through like bare skin covered in a sheath of black organza in plissé lumière. This technique reflects the rays of sun. A signature Saint Laurent style statement.

    The intoxicating scent of datura flower fuses with
    the luminous aquatic fragrance of the white lotus,
    a flower that blooms in the water in search of
    morning light. This luminous and intoxicating
    facet is contrasted by a Rosa Damascena
    absolute that is sustainably sourced.

    This bouquet of flowers merges with a bright white
    patchouli, the chypre signature of the MON PARIS
    fragrances, blended with creamy Virginian
    cedarwood and crisp crystal moss.

    Ambrox adds the cool modernity of a mineral
    note. Reflecting the scent’s dewy radiance,
    diaphanous white musks glow like sunlit clouds at
    dawn.
